EFFECTIVE: June 2026 — Version v1-2026-06 This Refund Policy applies to every paid plan, add-on, and method unlock on Credit Wizard A.I. 1. 24-HOUR REFUND WINDOW. You may request a full refund of a paid subscription, add-on, or one-time purchase within TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS of the original purchase or renewal charge. After the 24-hour window closes, all sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE except where a refund is required by applicable law. 2. HOW TO REQUEST. Open the in-app Support page, choose "Billing — refund request", and include the email on the account and the date of purchase. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. 3. WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. After 24 hours, the following are non-refundable: monthly or annual subscription fees that have already been billed, one-time method unlocks, the Business Credit Builder plan, coaching sessions that have been booked or held, and any service that has been used to generate AI letters, AI analyses, or other server work. 4. CANCELLATION VS REFUND. Cancelling stops FUTURE billing and is available at any time from the in-app Cancel Subscription page. Cancellation by itself does not refund the current billing term — use the 24-hour window above if you also want a refund. 5. CHARGEBACKS. Filing a chargeback in lieu of contacting support waives any further service obligation and may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is investigated. 6. PROMOTIONAL & FREE GRANTS. Promotional grants, complimentary VIP access, and admin-granted unlocks have no cash value and are not refundable. 7. CHANGES. We may update this Refund Policy. Material changes apply to purchases made after the change is posted.
